Nepenthes ceciliae is a highland species endemic to Mindanao, growing between 1500 and 1880 meters in submontane forest. It shows winged petioles, lids with basal ridges, and upper pitchers that are widest near the base. Juvenile pitchers are green with bright red speckles, while mature pitchers turn yellow in full sun, with a wide mouth and strong contrasting patterns. Young plants often display striking red leaves, making the species attractive even outside its pitcher production. It is a sturdy, intermediate‑growing Nepenthes and is notably effective at catching large insects.Product Features:Tropical plantWinged petioles and lids with basal ridgesYoung leaves often redJuvenile pitchers green with red speckles, mature pitchers yellow in full sun.Highland species endemic to MindanaoShipment in square pot (7x7x10 cm)Additional info: For more info & photos visit our blog and our page Facebook and Instagram.
