EPAX® continuously invests in R&D and production in Norway. With, among other things, ‘black box’ distillation and state-of-the-art deodorisation, EPAX® delivers fish oil that not only meets, but often exceeds international standards. EQP Tech starts from human-grade crude oil and purifies it without solvents and without excessive heat. The entire chain runs under low-oxygen conditions and natural antioxidants are added for extra protection. Oxidation limits are set at less than half of the GOED standard; in addition, EPAX® routinely tests parameters that are not required by external regulations. EPAX® stands for scientific substantiation: the safety and efficacy of EPAX ingredients have been investigated in more than one hundred clinical publications, with new projects continuously underway.
